How to Handle the Negative Effects of Drugs and Alcohol

I started smoking weed at age 16. Nobody starts using drugs thinking, “I’m going to be a drug addict.” But within two years, I was doing drugs every day.

The drugs were one thing, but then it began to degrade me and chip away at my self-esteem little by little by little... and then by chunks and then by big, big blocks.

By the time I was in my 20s, I was as close to zero as a person can get. I overdosed 3 times, 2 of my friends died, and I was at the end of my rope.

Finally my mother gave me the greatest gift she could ever possibly give me. She cut me off completely. That was the rock-bottom moment where I knew I had to succeed at kicking my habit.

I spent the subsequent 30 days in a treatment center and for the first time in over a decade, I was sober. And I have been ever since.

But what I found was that years after coming off drugs—they still negatively impacted my mindset, my energy level and my health in general.

“There’s no drug in the world that’s going to make you more aware or more powerful.”

I followed a regimen called the Purification Program which was developed by L. Ron Hubbard that involved the use of a sauna and niacin, and it helped me to think more clearly, increased my energy level and helped clear out all the junk.

If you or someone you know is dealing with drug addiction, I recommend the Narconon program.

I would not be where I’m at today if I were still using drugs. I’ve got an unbelievable life that I would not have. My whole life turned around when I put drugs behind me.

Can’t wait to see your success story.

Be great,
